Cromwell Architects Engineers has named new senior associates and associates. Mindy Burton and John Worsham, PE have been promoted to senior associates. Rachel Roberts and Jennifer Stover have been promoted to associate. Senior associates of the firm are department managers, project managers, and senior design specialists who serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors. Associates are professionals with considerable experience and a high level of responsibility or those who manage a division of the company.
Burton transitioned from interior design to leading the Specifications department at Cromwell in 2020. She is a 2005 graduate of University of Arkansas Monticello with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a 2007 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences, Emphasis in Interior Design. She joined Cromwell in 2007.
Worsham leads Cromwell’s Fire Protection and Life Safety department. He is a 2015 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He holds a professional engineering license in fire protection and has been with Cromwell for six years.
Roberts has been with Cromwell for 16 years and leads the administrative department. She is a 2004 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics.
Stover has been with Cromwell for 23 years and leads the marketing department. She is a 2000 graduate of Southern Arkansas University with an associate degree in Graphic Design.
