General Job Description:
Cromwell Architects Engineers has an opening for an ambitious, collaborative, creative, and inspired Licensed Architect, or Architect Intern eligible for licensing. Experience in commercial building design, production and construction documentation, and proficiency in REVIT is required. This position will be located at our Little Rock or Springdale, AR office.

Major Duties included, but not limited to:
· Directs design documentation efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects
· Leadership in solving problems by applying foundational principles of design
· Identify and communicate deviations in the project scope
· Coordinates and guides design and project meetings with clients and the project team

Seeking an individual with 5 – 10 years commercial building design/production experience. Responsibilities include: all aspects of project management for commercial construction projects; develops scopes of work, provide preliminary estimates, attend review meetings, work closely with contractor and client to ensure projects are accurate, on time and within the projected budget; handling multiple projects at once; working with clients to ensure projects are going as planned. Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager (AE) - Germany

General Job Description:                                                                                                                                                                                    Cromwell GmbH is seeking a qualified Project Manager (PM) to work with our Europe team. PM to be responsible for various design, commissioning, and sustainability projects executed for our U.S. Federal Government clients. Position duties will also include management of technicians and other supporting staff, contract management, and other managerial tasks as required. Successful candidate must have excellent people skills for one-on-one client interaction, and practical field experience. Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical experience is required. U.S. Government project experience and German language skills are a plus.
