Administrative and Architectural Specifier Assistant
Opening for an individual to support the Specifications and Administrative departments. Must have 2 years experience with specifications, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field. Must be detail oriented and possess basic knowledge of architecture, building construction materials, and industry standards to assist with Specifications and assemble Project Manuals. Must have the ability to work independently on multiple projects at one time; manage and prioritize tasks; operate under tight deadlines. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience with BDS-SpecLink and knowledge of MasterSpec, SpecsIntact, InDesign, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Access are a plus.
Opening for an Architect with 5 plus years of experience. Architectural registration and license required. Must have experience with commercial building design, production, and construction documentation. Medical building or Government design/production experience preferred. Proficiency in REVIT required. Position located in Little Rock or Springdale office.
Opening for a marketing professional with 3 years experience to provide support for marketing initiatives, including communication materials, proposal materials, and public relations. Position will coordinate the production of responses to requests for information, proposals, statements of qualifications, or other documents for potential or current clients. Demonstrated experience with exceptional verbal and written skills are required. Adept at MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Professional degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience required. Understanding of A/E/C industry is highly desirable.
