Aaron Scott, AIA, NCARB, ACHA serves as Executive Vice President and leads Cromwell Architects Engineers’ Healthcare Practice, building on more than six decades of healthcare design excellence. As a member of the executive leadership team, he cultivates enduring partnerships with clients and communities, helps shape the firm’s strategic direction, and develops future leaders. Aaron believes leadership begins with service, listening first, understanding each client’s mission, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful solutions that create lasting value.
Since returning to Cromwell in 2005, Aaron has partnered with healthcare systems, physicians, nurses, and executive leaders to solve complex facility challenges through thoughtful planning and design. He is passionate about creating environments that improve patient outcomes, enhance caregiver well-being, streamline clinical workflows, and advance operational excellence through resilient, energy-efficient solutions that support exceptional care.
As Healthcare Practice Lead, Aaron champions collaboration across Cromwell’s integrated architecture, interior design, and engineering disciplines, serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations as they navigate growth, operational transformation, and long-term capital planning.
