Paul Phillips Joins Cromwell Architects Engineers as Federal Programs Director

Little Rock, AR – November 7, 2024 – Cromwell Architects Engineers is excited to announce the appointment of Paul Phillips, as the new Federal Programs Director. In this role, Paul will spearhead business development efforts within the federal sector, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives. 

Paul brings a wealth of experience to Cromwell, particularly in Federal project management & medical planning within the architecture and engineering sector. He has a notable background as a veteran of the United States Navy, serving on active duty, followed by a period in the Navy Reserve. 

A graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. His unique combination of military service, healthcare expertise, and business acumen will be invaluable as Cromwell further expands its footprint in Federal programs. 

“Joining a team with over 140 years of experience and locations in Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas, the Mid-Atlantic, and Europe is energizing. Cromwell is already well positioned to support their federal clients, and with my knowledge and experience, I’m eager to help expand that reach even further,” said Paul Phillips. 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Paul is a dedicated volunteer, contributing his time and skills to various organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and the Society of American Military Engineers. His commitment to service aligns perfectly with Cromwell’s values and mission to positively impact the communities we serve.

As of October 21st, Paul has officially assumed his new role on the Cromwell team.
