Cromwell Architects Engineers has added J. Bracy Cross, CxA, Grant Smith, AIA, LEED GA, Charles Wise, PE, and John Worsham, PE as stockholders of the firm. Cromwell is wholly owned by stockholders who are employees of the organization and who have been chosen by the Board of Directors to be stockholders.
Cross is a Certified Commissioning Authority working within the firm’s Energy Services group. He is a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He has been with the firm since 2013. He is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.
Smith is an Architect specializing in specialty retail and healthcare projects. He graduated in 2000 from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Architecture and practiced for 17 years before coming to Cromwell in 2016. He is licensed in the State of Arkansas, has his certificate of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate. He is a member of the US Green Building Council and American Institute of Architects.
A client that’s impactful to Smith is Arkansas Children’s because his daughter spent time in their NICU.

Wise is a Civil Engineer and has been with the firm since 2017. He is a 2009 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He is a professional engineer and a member of Society of American Military Engineers and Little Rock Engineers Club.
Wise enjoys education projects because of the direct impact they have on the community.
Worsham is a professional Fire Protection Engineer and has been with the firm since 2017, when he joined the firm as an engineering intern. He is a 2015 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He specializes in federal government, healthcare, and industrial projects.
