The Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital at UAMS Health

Cromwell is currently working on the design for a new Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital at UAMS Health. The facility will serve as a destination hub for multidisciplinary musculoskeletal care as well as provide innovative education and research space. The new four story facility will be approximately 150,000 SF and will include a 12 OR Surgery Center with a central sterile processing area, 24 short-stay/inpatient beds, rehab space, imaging suite, general orthopedic clinic, classroom and conference area, café, resident/physician lounge, administrative area, and central receiving. The project will also include relocation of all existing utilities required to provide access to the site and utility support from the existing west central energy, as well as associated local and remote parking development.
