Arkansas State University Newport Master Plan

Cromwell was tasked with developing a long-range master plan for Arkansas State University Newport. ASUN is a 2-yr college with three campuses — Newport, Jonesboro, and Marked Tree. The work began with a detailed property condition assessment of all buildings on each of the campuses. Long-term growth projections were developed alongside an academic master plan. Cromwell also developed an asset database and preventative maintenance program for all campuses in the ASUN network.
