Located in the former First Security Bank building on Emma Avenue in downtown Springdale is Cromwell’s Northwest Arkansas Office.
Designed to support a collaborative work environment, the office features 30 workstations, a large community area with a kitchen and break space and an exterior skybridge that offers views of the nearby Turnbow Park. the office also has multiple private meeting rooms scattered throughout.
The standout feature of the office is the buildings preserved bank vault that now serves as the offices main conference room. Showcasing an adaptive reuse that blends the buildings historic context with the functionality of the modern space.
