Paul grew up in the Knoxville, Tennessee, a place that shaped his love for the outdoors and where he developed a deep appreciation for hard work and strong values. Paul’s admiration for his dad’s work ethic and his faith continues to guide his own personal and professional life. His career path took him from healthcare, where he earned a BS in Nursing from the University of Tennessee to a more administrative and strategic role after completing an MBA at Webster University. With a recent position as Administrative Managing Principal, Paul was heavily involved in both operational oversight and business development.
Outside of work, Paul is a committed family man who enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, especially during the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. He’s passionate about hiking and finds joy in moments that allow him to reflect on life’s blessings. Paul’s devotion to community is evident through his volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and his leadership role as Vice President of the Tennessee Valley Post of the Society of American Military Engineers, where he helps provide scholarships for local high school students pursuing STEM degrees.
At Cromwell, Paul’s experience in identifying collaborative opportunities and managing complex federal solicitations will be invaluable. He finds fulfillment in aligning client needs with practical, impactful solutions, though he acknowledges the challenge of conveying detailed technical requirements concisely, especially in government proposals.
