For our industrial clients, Cromwell acts as a trusted advisor and an extension of the facility staff providing support when our clients have questions, are considering projects, have problems or issues, or need engineering and architecture services and expertise. Our projects vary from quick engineering studies, consulting and troubleshooting for a few hours to long term plans and major projects. Our goal is to work in partnership with our clients for the life of the facility helping them meet their goals.

The design of industrial facilities involves the work flow analysis of people and material through the complicated manufacturing process.

Cromwell responds to the needs of industrial clients by designing functional, economical, aesthetically pleasing buildings, as well as assisting industrial clients with their day-to-day facility issues. We have designed industrial projects for numerous national and international companies, many of whom are on-going clients. These facilities include manufacturing, process piping, material handling, laboratories, production, warehousing, shipping and receiving, and rail and truck loading capabilities.

Technology

At Cromwell, we put great effort into selecting products and services that also maintain the integrity of the work through design and construction.

DJI Mavic 2 Pro Drone
Our DJI Mavic 2 Pro Drone is used for inspections of existing facilities and developing new drawings and models. It can be used to document existing buildings, site, and roof conditions.

Virtual Reality Equipment
Cromwell has virtual reality (VR) equipment that can be used to replicate a design concept and provide users with a virtual walk through of a building. Our VR equipment allows users to better imagine their new space, the environment, and how they might interact with the space.

FARO Laser Scanner
Cromwell is one of two firms in the State of Arkansas with a FARO Laser Scanner. We use this high tech tool to quickly document an existing space while not disturbing or manipulating any features of the space, translating weeks of data collection into a few hours.

Infrared Camera
Our infrared camera is used to diagnose facility energy waste such as inadequate insulation, moisture, and building envelope leaks.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Our team is a BIM integrated team. This allows for fast and accurate design and engineering capability, coordination between all disciplines, and for major owner decisions to be made early, thus facilitating aggressive schedule demands that no other design tool can provide.
