Position Purpose
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.
- Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld
- Coordinate, guide and lead the design and project meetings with clients and project team
- Participate with the regional and home-office team to present final products to our clients and key stakeholders
- Identify, communicate, and document deviations in the project scope while managing client and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project team.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationships
- Lead and participate in project interviews for new projects
- Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Travel: up to 25%
Competencies
- Exceptional Revit and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in managing and leading project teams, including multi-disciplined design teams
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, VantagePoint
Qualifications / Prior Experience
- Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of NC within 60 days of hire
- 5 – 7 years’ experience.
- Design experience in industrial, manufacturing, or US Federal Government facilities is preferred.
Work Environment

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance visions, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
