Leaders in Sustainability

Cromwell designed the first LEED building in the state of Arkansas, the University of Arkansas Innovation Center in Fayetteville. A primary focus of the design process was environmental sensitivity.

Several strategies were used to maximize natural lighting for both quality and energy efficiency, including thoughtfully orienting the building on its site and abundant use of glass to allow natural light into the building.  Material choices were made based on durability and their environmental sensitivity.
