University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences T. Glenn Pait M.D. Spine Clinic

This 4,000 SF tenant finish-out is located in the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosurgery Institute and is unique in many regards. Designed by Cromwell and constructed by UAMS’s in-house construction personnel, the clinic is a stunning example of their construction capabilities. The project also served as a sustainable learning laboratory for UAMS employees who were required to construct the project using LEED criteria. The clinic includes waiting, check-in/check-out, patient toilet, exam rooms, procedure/imaging room, physician work area, nurse work area and support. The project is LEED Silver for Commercial Interiors.
