Montana Army National Guard Installation Energy and Water Plan (IEWP) and Energy Audits
Montana

The State of Montana Department of Military Affairs has engaged Cromwell to develop Installation Energy and Water Plans (IEWPs) for various Montana Army National Guard facilities. An IEWP considers both energy and water resilience and provides installation decision makers with valuable insight and information when making facility upgrades.

Sustainability and good energy stewardship are key to a successful IEWP, so Cromwell is also completing ASHRAE Level II Energy Audits for the same Montana Army National Guard facilities. Together these efforts will provide the State of Montana with consolidated energy use baseline information and actionable recommendations for Energy Cost Saving Measures (ECMs), a detailed utility and energy risk assessment, and planned courses of action to address those risks and ensure mission sustainment for a period of 14 days in the event of any utility outage (electricity, natural gas, water/sewer).
