If he and his wife aren’t traveling on one of their many weekend trips, you can find Justin camping, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, or trail running with his dog. And when he’s not outdoors? He’ll definitely be watching sports.

Justin is passionate about nature conservation. He says there are a lot of really great places in the world that he hopes can be preserved for the next generations to experience.

If you’re looking to pursue a career in engineering, Justin says to work on your people skills. He thinks a lot of young engineers go into the field because they like math, but people skills are very important part of the field as well.
