Architect – LR
Position Purpose
The Architect will be part of a team, led by a senior team member that will provide support, guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of assigned projects. The Architect will be assigned to projects with design responsibilities in a variety of industries and construction phases of multiple projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.
· Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld
· Attend design and project meetings with clients and project team.
· Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationships
· Participate in project interviews for new projects
· Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
· Travel: 10% – 15%
Competencies
· Experience in Revit and Microsoft Office skills
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications / Prior Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
· Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire
· 5+ years’ experience.
· Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare and Manufacturing facilities is preferred.
Work Environment

· Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
· Prolonged period of sitting or standing at a desk while working on a computer.
