Cromwell Architects Engineers has named a new senior associate and two associates. Tammy Siler has been promoted to senior associate. Grant Smith and Bruce Southerland have been promoted to associate.
Siler was named Director of Energy Services in 2023. She is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Arkansas and has over three decades of experience. She is a graduate of Memphis State University with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. She has been with Cromwell for 15 years.
Smith is a licensed architect in the state of Arkansas and holds his NCARB Certificate. He has 25 years’ experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Arkansas and has been with Cromwell for eight years.
Southerland manages The Printshop, a plan room for professional architectural and engineering drawings housed at Cromwell’s headquarters in Little Rock’s East Village. He has been with Cromwell for 22 years.
