Cromwell is proud to have interns for the summer of 2025 at both the Central Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas locations. They are (as pictured from left to right) Valeria Ortiz Jauregui, Allison Overton, Daniel Schrick, Bo Bland, Matthew Wyeth, Erin Marshall, and Olivia Keaton.
Central Arkansas Interns
Olivia Keaton: Keaton, an intern in the Architecture department is originally from Cabot, Arkansas and is studying at the University of Arkansas. She is majoring in Architecture with a minor in Interior Design. Through this internship Keaton is hoping to gain a deeper understanding of developing concepts that shape the final design, as well as learning how Architects practice in a professional environment. Keaton was introduced to Cromwell from a career fair. Outside of work and school Keaton enjoys to paint, travel and be outside!
Matthew Wyeth: Wyeth, is an intern in our Electrical Engineering Department. A Little Rock native, Wyeth attends the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. This is Wyeth’s second summer interning with Cromwell, as he interned with the IT Department last summer. Throughout this summer he is hoping to learn the fundamentals of design, specifically the thought process behind the design decisions of previous engineers. In his free time Wyeth is a peer-tutor for technology and computer science.
Erin Marshall: Marshall is a Interior Design intern originally from Nashville, Tennessee. She is majoring in Interior Architecture and Design and minoring in Art at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. She found out about Cromwell when members of the team hosted her school a few years ago. Through this internship she hopes to learn about the software that interior designers use like, Revit, Lumion, and the Adobe suite. Marshall is the president of the Harding University Chapter of ASID. She is also a officer of Chi Omega Pi and a member of the Alpha Chi honor society. Outside of work and school she volunteers with HUT (Harding University Takhodah) and enjoys making pottery.
Bo Bland: Bland is an intern in the Mechanical Engineering and Energy Services department. An Alexander, Arkansas native, Bland is attending Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi and is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration. At MSU Bland is a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity and a part of the Judy and Bobby Shackouls Honors College. During his internship Bland hopes to learn as much as he can from the Cromwell team. By the end of the summer he hopes to have a better understanding of what a career in mechanical engineering looks like and be able to participate in projects and be an asset to the team.
Northwest Arkansas Interns
Allison Overton: Overton is an intern with our Marketing Team! Overton is from Bryant, Arkansas and is majoring in Studio Art with a minor in Art History at the University of Arkansas. On campus she is the Co-President of Zero Hour Arkansas, a student led climate justice organization on campus! Overton was introduced to Cromwell through a family connection and was drawn to the internship due to her desire to pursue a career in graphic design and marketing. Through this internship she hopes to build a portfolio of functional and useful marketing and graphic design content, as well as gain experience in a professional environment.
Daniel Schrick: Schrick is interning with the Mechanical Engineering department this summer. A Conroe, Texas native he is studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arkansas. Schrick found out about the Cromwell internship from a resume review that Cromwell was a part of at the UA STEM Career Fair. Over the course of the summer her hopes to gain real world experience and gain insight and knowledge from the Engineering team. Outside of work Schrick is an avid mountain biker and is a member of the NWA Trailblazers, helping to build mountain bike trails across Northwest Arkansas
Valeria Ortiz Jauregui: Ortiz Jauregui is interning with the Architecture Team this summer. Originally from Mexico she is studying Architecture at the University of Arkansas. She came across Cromwell at an on-campus career fair. Throughout the summer she is hoping to get a real sense of what Architects do in the professional field and explore all aspects of the field to find what areas of the profession she best fits into. Outside of work and school she enjoys painting and drawing portraits.
