East Village is Growing!

East Village in Little Rock is growing. The most recent additions to the area include the construction of a Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the Rock City Yacht Club. The development of East Village helps reconnect the long downtrodden area into the fabric of Little Rock’s vibrant downtown. At Cromwell, we’re proud to call The Paint Factory, the flagship revitalization project of East Village, home.
