Cromwell Opens New Office in Downtown Springdale

March 19, 2019

Cromwell is opening a new satellite office in downtown Springdale. The office will be located at 109 West Emma Avenue.

Led by regional director Josh Danish, the office is designed to spark growth in Springdale’s downtown area. Danish is a Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design graduate and has 15 years of experience in the field.

“Whatever scale we can provide to help revitalize downtown, we want to take part. We hope moving our offices into the area will encourage other businesses to move and drive economic development in downtown Springdale,” President Dan Fowler said.

According to a company release, Cromwell is committed to “inspiring change and fostering community growth.” Cromwell recently moved into a new East Village headquarters, “The Paint Factory,” which is also home to 12 Star Flats, a restaurant, the Printshop, and the Mixing Room.

“Just as we’ve done with our headquarters in East Village, we plan to help revitalize downtown Springdale and hope to announce a major development project soon,” Fowler said.
