Interior Design
Interior Design has been an important element in Cromwell’s design services for decades. Cromwell’s award-winning interior design team works to merge the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment. They plan, research, coordinate, and manage interior projects.
Members of ASID, who are also NCIDQ certificate holders, work as an integral part of the design team, providing value-added services to all of Cromwell’s projects. Cromwell Interiors also offers furniture, fixture, and accessory design and procurement services.
Interior design is not just about furniture and artwork- today it is an integrated service that considers the entire interior architecture of a building or space. Relying heavily on texture, pattern, and color, the experience of an environment is enhanced by the interior design team.
The interior design department at Cromwell offers a comprehensive interiors package that is visually pleasing and user friendly as they work with the architect and the client as a team member. Each interior space that is designed by the firm is tailored to that project’s individual needs and balances functionality with the client’s desired aesthetic and atmosphere.
Collaboration
Cromwell’s interiors department was established in 1973 and has been in continuous operation for over 45 years. Our interior designers bring to fruition the concepts initiated early in the design process by our architects and engineers and work as an integral part of the team.
We understand the importance of strong lines of communication and creative dialogue generated among all the design professions. Interior design elements often heavily influence the initial impression of a user upon entering a building, setting the tone for the visitor’s experience.
