Wallace is passionate about food and dining for both the sustaining and social aspects. He enjoys socializing with friends, dining with his family, fishing, sailing, watching movies, and reading.

Something very few people know about Wallace is that he has a biology degree. He was drafting at Cromwell when he saw a need to help people using technology and realized he could help them. And he’s led our IT department ever since.

The best time of day to Wallace is 10 p.m. because it’s the end of all duties and chores and is “just be” time. His favorite quote is from the movie Big Trouble in Little China. Kurt Russell’s character, Jack Burton, says “it’s all in the reflexes.” This reminds Wallace that we should just be able to deal with things as they occur (something we often put him to the test on around here as we’re constantly asking him for help).
