Lily is a Little Rock native with over ten years of professional experience. Throughout this time, Lily has honed skills across all phases of design and has worked on a variety of project types, including residential, hospitality, healthcare and advanced manufacturing.

While she has a background in historic preservation (a continued passion of hers), Lily is now focusing on gaining experience in healthcare architecture, ambulatory surgery centers, and hospitals. Most recent project experience includes CARTI Ambulatory Surgery Center and Arkansas Children’s Hospital Master Facilities Plan.

She has held significant leadership roles within the American Institute of Architects (AIA), including serving as the AIA Arkansas Chapter Central Section Chair from 2021 to 2023, and as the current AIA National Representative for the State of Arkansas on the National Associates Committee.

A graduate from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design at the University of Arkansas, Lily brings a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles and practices to every project, ensuring that each design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. When she is not at work, you can find Lily practicing yoga, traveling, cooking, reading or rearranging furniture – one of her favorite activities.
