Katherine, a Central Arkansas Native, recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She now works as an electrical design engineer at Cromwell, where her passion for problem-solving and innovation shines through. Her journey from a curious student to a dedicated professional reflects her commitment to making a difference in the field (she even had SEVERAL internships with Cromwell).

Outside of work, Katherine is a sports enthusiast with a love for tennis and a growing interest in golf. Her college days were filled with athletics, including flag football championships with her sorority. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, dreaming of culinary school one day. Katherine treasures time spent with her friends, family, and her dog, Ellie Mae.

Inspired by her grandparents’ resilience and positive outlook, Katherine embraces challenges with a can-do attitude. She follows the life lesson that “if it was easy, everybody would do it,” a mantra she shares with others. Her dedication to volunteering, including her long-time support for the Our House Shelter and tutoring roles, highlights her commitment to community service. At Cromwell, Katherine’s enthusiasm and drive make her a valued and dynamic team member.
