Position Purpose
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegate workflow accordingly.
- Conduct risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
- Develops project scopes, schedules, and objectives involving a cross-disciplinary team.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or conflicts throughout the project
- Acts as a liaison between company, clients, and vendors.
- Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide information required to develop proposals in pursuit of new projects.
- Works with construction administration teams to ensure project designs are properly executed.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Travel: 10% up to 25% at times.

Qualifications / Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or similar related field. In lieu of a degree, years of experience will be considered.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA).
- Minimum 5 years in a senior level Project/Program Management role within the Architecture or Engineering discipline.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM or similar certification preferred.

- Occasionally climb ladders and/or enter close quarters environments.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance visions, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Prolonged period of sitting or standing at a desk while working on a computer.
