Position Purpose
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Answer incoming calls, screening, and redirect as needed
- Handling administrative tasks related to scheduling meetings, events, webinars and trade shows, lunch and learns, and travel arrangements for others.
- Managing internal conference room schedules, food and beverage arrangements, and cleanliness
- Inventory management of office supply
- Oversee shared kitchen and manage inventory
- Assist in vendor relationship management and scheduling of services
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems and contact lists
- Assist with proposal development within Design
- Represent Cromwell at the local Chamber of Commerce events.
- Participate in business development activities.
- Travel: 10%
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC and InDesign a plus
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task with proved success.
Qualifications / Prior Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree or certification in office administration or related field.
- Up to 2 years relevant work experience required.
- Up to 2 years marketing experience preferred.

- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance visions, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Prolonged period of sitting or standing at a desk while working on a computer.
