Shahin enjoys spending time meditating, watching movies, reading, and travelling. His life philosophy is to live in peace within himself and have it resonated outward to promote world peace. If his friends could describe him in one word, it would be “calm.”
His first concert was George Harrison and Ravi Shankar Family. Some of his favorite singers and bands include Johnny Cash, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Leonard Cohen, The Rolling Stones, and Jethro Tull, and The Who.
Shahin grew up knowing he wanted to build things. He’s most proud of the time he’s spent in the profession of architecture and would not want to have any other career. And to those seeking a career in architecture, he offers this advice: make sure you are willing to put the time and the effort into your profession to get to the level you need to get to.
