Roger is an incredibly talented architect (and artist … he’s placed third in an international art competition) in our North Carolina office. He said he loves his Cromwell family, but if he had to choose another career he would be an art teacher. That way he could still work on his craft, but would get summers off to build furniture and work around his over 110-year-old home.
Roger’s a proud husband and dad. He’s passionate about family, his role model is his mom, and Thanksgiving is his favorite holiday because he gets to spend it with the people he loves.
If you’re considering a career in architecture, Roger has this advice: Make sure you want it. It’s a whole lot of hard work for something that you’re not passionate about.
