Jacob is a North Carolina transplant in Arkansas. But, he fits right in here at Cromwell. And, he says he’s proud to be here and working with us.

He’s a television and sports fan who spends his time hiking, golfing, and going to breweries. He also spends a good chunk of his time training his puppy and getting her energy out.

Jacob says the most challenging part of his job is collaborating and adapting. But, that’s also the reason he enjoys it. He says his job requires a lot of collaboration between different disciplines when designing so that everything can go smoothly while in construction. However, nothing ever really works out like you plan it so you need to be able to adapt to the scenario and come up with the best solution for the client.
