Dan grew up wanting to play baseball professionally. Now he’s an experienced HVAC and plumbing designer (and, we’re so glad he’s here!).

Dan jokingly says his favorite meal is the next one. But, on a serious note, his favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. He says he likes it because it is more of a pure holiday that isn’t as commercialized as other holidays.

If Dan could have any other career, he would be a full-time homesteader/farmer. And, in his free time, that’s exactly what you’ll catch him doing. He’s passionate about changing America’s food system and says we have lost our way and it’s time to return to our roots.
