David Long Joins Cromwell as Building Services Engineer

Cromwell Architects Engineers is pleased to announce and welcome David Long to our Springdale, Ark. office. Long has joined Cromwell’s Building Services Department and will lead the department’s efforts in the Northwest Arkansas region. Long is a professional engineer and is licensed in the State of Arkansas.

He spent the first part of his career with an Arkansas based consulting firm. From there he moved to a BAS/Controls Account Manager role for Harrison Energy Partners, and then later worked directly for Trane before joining Cromwell.

“It’s always great to expand our knowledge base and David brings that to us in spades. Cromwell has been providing Building Services above and beyond architectural and engineering design for some time now and expanding those services with David’s expertise just helps to further differentiate us from our competition,” Cromwell’s Northwest Arkansas Regional Manager Josh Danish said.

Long is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He currently serves as president of the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

“David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team that is unmatched. He is community minded which very much emulates Cromwell Architects Engineers’ culture. We look forward to working with him to support our clients in the Northwest Arkansas region,” Cromwell Principal of Building Services Todd Kuhn said.

Cromwell’s Building Services Department supports clients for the life-cycle of their building, featuring facility asset management, energy services, technology and advanced diagnostics, and roofing expertise.
