Cromwell works on an on-going on-call basis for architecture and engineering services at the L’Oreal plant in North Little Rock, AR.  Cromwell designed the original plant in 1973, major additions in 1979, 2001, and 2005, and numerous renovations and consulting totaling over 80 projects since the original construction.
