Robert Bateman, CCCA
Director, Construction Administration
Robert graduated in 1992 with a degree in Engineering and started working for Cromwell in 1994. Robert is currently a principal of the firm and the director of the firm's Construction Administration Department. As a certified construction contract administrator, he has the privilege to manage the construction phase of the projects, along with opportunities of intervention concerning difference of opinions which can occasionally arise on projects. He is also the resident roofing expert for the firm. Robert's experience in roofing and construction related issues have included him in projects across the US and in Korea.
Robert was born and raised in a farming community along the southeast part of LA (that's Lower Arkansas). He and his wife Tammy (of +20 yrs) are active in their local church. Tammy is a licensed Dental Hygienist, graduating from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Dental Hygiene, and practices her profession here in Little Rock. They have two sons, which like their father, enjoy sports and anything to do with the outdoors. Robert's spare time pretty much is consumed by the boys' activities, but occasionally gets to partake in archery, cycling and the woodlands of Arkansas.
