Rob is a 1990 graduate of Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He holds professional engineering licenses in Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Florida, South Carolina, Iowa and Montana. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

Rob started with Cromwell the Monday after he graduated from college. He is now a principal in the firm, serving as the Director of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering since 2005. Other management responsibilities include fire protection design, building commissioning services and LEED services as it relates to mechanical and electrical engineering.

Design experience ranges from medical, institutional, government and education. Project experience includes facilities across the United States and in Korea, Germany and Japan.

Rob serves on the Systems Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, the Little Rock City Board of Adjustments and on the Building and Grounds Committee at his church. He is also a member of ASHRAE and the Arkansas Association of Healthcare Engineers.

The rest of his time is spend with his wife, LuAnne, and his two sons and one daughter helping with church, school or sports activities. This includes helping coach baseball, basketball and soccer.
