A North Little Rock native, Cynthia obtained her B.F.A. in Interior Design from Louisiana Tech University. Upon graduation in 1990, she promptly returned home and secured a position with Dillard's Store Planning Department specializing in retail design. Cynthia joined the Cromwell team in 1993 and became director of Interior Design in 1998. Actively involved in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) in the Little Rock area, she served as Chapter President (encompassing the states of AR, MS & LA) in 2001-2002. Appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Registered Interior Designers, Cynthia served as Communications Officer and then Chairman from 2006-2009. She currently sits on the advisory boards for the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture and University of Central Arkansas Interior Design, as well as two advisory committees to the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers. Specializing in military and healthcare design, she is a LEED Accredited Professional. Her husband, Mark, is the director of pre-press for a local publishing company. As parents with art degrees, Mark and Cynthia enjoy witnessing the creativity of their 3 daughters. Hobbies include gardening, travel and whatever her daughters are actively involved in.
