FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER
Cromwell Architects Engineers seeking a FPE. Must have FPE license with 5-15 experience. Familiar with building/fire codes (IBC, IFC, UFC 3-600-01and NFPA), code studies, design drawings, hydraulic calculations and specs for fire sprinkler, fire alarm, mass notification systems and smoke control systems.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Minimum of 5 years experience with PE license. Must have experience in electrical design of projects from initial concept through construction documents to building completion; including drawings, specifications, and design narratives. Must have electrical building design, power distribution and lighting design experience. Proficient in Revit is a plus.
ELECTRICAL DESIGNER
Must have 8 to 15 years experience in the design of power distribution; power and lighting branch circulating and load calculations; field surveys; construction punchlists. Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation. and/or Revit. Must be able to establish priorities and work independently.
ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFIER
Seeking an individual with experience in Architectural and Engineering Design – Project Manual production. Candidates should have 5 years minimum experience in preparation of specifications. Requires strong technical skills in architecture and building construction; interpersonal, computer, and verbal communication skills. Experience with MasterFormat, SpecsIntact, or SpecLink a plus. Architectural or Engineering degree and registration a plus.
BENTLEY BIM / AUTODESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
This position will be responsible for maintaining and training all disciplines
on BIM software programs. Must be familiar with Autodesk Revit and/or Bentley
BIM products. Knowledge and experience with AEC industry a must.
